death is the end of one story, and the beginning of another
CERTIFIED MINDVALLEY LIFE COACH
Over the past 100 years, our culture has sadly become death phobic – we shy away from the natural aging process, avoid end-of-life planning and focus on prolonging life at all costs. This underlying fear and anxiety of death and dying greatly effects our quality of life, the people around us and has unfortunately made death, the number one event we all experience in this lifetime, taboo.
ITS TIME TO NORMALIZE THE SACREDNESS OF DEATH.
My job as your Death Coach is to educate my clients and their families about the death and dying process and get them EXCITED about death instead of fearing it. Once you overcome the fear of death, only then can you truly learn to LIVE.
When we find the courage to lean into our death journey consciously and prepare ourselves spiritually, emotionally and mentally for our transition from this life into the next, we can say ‘no thank you’ to life support and 'YES!" to death support. Dying consciously with grace and acceptance is the greatest legacy we can leave behind. Don't wait until tragedy strikes to begin preparing for death. Even if your young and healthy, having a solid plan in place in the event of an accident, terminal illness or death, is key to giving yourself the end-of-life treatment you deserve.
Having a 'conscious death' is your birth-right.
A Death Doula provides information, guidance and support to both the death journeyer and their family from terminal diagnosis through final disposition. The role combines that of spiritual counselor, death midwife, home funeral guide and funeral celebrant.
Coach Kate is a full-service Death Doula / End-of-Life Assistant that helps take the burden off clients and their families by proving the highest of quality care in the following areas:

The idea to create this video came a few days after the passing of my mother. I was laying in bed and was overwhelmed with a thought that was, how should I say this...not mine. The message I received was to take black and white pictures and document the entire process of what happens when a loved one dies and to turn it into a video that seemed someone urgent. Humanity has long swept the conversation of Death under the rug. Spirits message to me was, 'Its time to change that'. Enjoy.
